The Hues Hope Training & Development Center will be a state-of-the-art training and empowerment facility planned to be located directly adjacent to Tower Two. With stagnant wages and rising rents putting families at risk, we believe that deeply affordable housing must be paired with real pathways to economic independence.

We know that life doesn’t pause for training. Our planned support services will be designed to eliminate the real-world barriers that prevent people from showing up and succeeding.

    Free supervised childcare for residents during all training sessions and workshops. Never miss class because of your kids.

    Meals & Nutrition Support

    Snacks and meals provided during training days. Access to our food pantry partnership ensures no one is learning on an empty stomach.

    Transportation Assistance

    Bus passes and transportation coordination for internships, job interviews, and off-site training. We remove the “I can’t get there” barrier.

    Technology Access

    Laptop lending program, on-site computer lab, and free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building so digital access is never a barrier.
