A Vision for Housing That Transforms Lives
Two purpose-built residential towers offering permanent supportive housing, medical care, and economic opportunity — rooted in dignity, healing, and community.
A Community Built on Second Chances — Coming Soon
The Hues Hope Properties represent a bold new model for affordable housing in the Twin Cities — one that goes beyond shelter to provide wrap-around support, healthcare, and economic pathways for those who need it most.
“Housing is not the end goal — it is the beginning. When people are stable, safe, and supported, everything else becomes possible.”
— Hues Hope Mission StatementHousing First
We believe stable housing is a human right, not a reward. Future residents will never be required to be sober, employed, or treatment-compliant to access or keep their housing.
Harm Reduction
We meet people where they are. Our harm-reduction approach prioritizes safety, dignity, and choice — without judgment or conditions.
Whole-Person Care
Physical health, mental wellness, economic stability, and community connection will all be addressed as part of each future resident’s journey.
Long-Term Stability
Ongoing case management, employment services, and peer support will ensure future residents can maintain housing and build toward independence.

How Applications Will Work
Our planned intake process will be as barrier-free as possible. When we open, you will not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sign up below to be notified when applications open.
- 1
Reach Out
When we open, you will be able to call, email, or walk in to begin a conversation with our housing team. No appointment will be needed. We will serve everyone with dignity and without judgment.
- 2
Complete a Housing Assessment
A trained housing navigator will work with you to understand your needs, health status, and housing history. This helps us match you to the right tower and services.
- 3
Receive a Housing Offer
Based on availability and your assessment, you will be offered a unit in Tower One or Tower Two. Our team will walk through your lease, rights, and support plan with you.
- 4
Move In & Get Settled
Your furnished room or unit will be ready for you upon move-in. Our team will help you get settled, connect you to benefits, and introduce you to your case manager and the available services.
- 5
Ongoing Support & Stability
Your case manager checks in regularly. As your life evolves, so does your support plan. We are with you for the long haul — not just move-in day.
